How was the communication throughout the process?
Communication was top tier. Despite a pandemic going on, along with everything else, the team at Lemonbrat was always reliable. Roman really helped out a ton, and never grew impatient with my endless questions.
How does your fursuit head fit and feel?
The fit is perfect and it is soft as imaginable. I haven't gotten to wear it out, but when I do put it on I absolutely love it.
Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?
100% yes, all features requested were implemented along with any requests for edits. I know there was a few with ears and the lip, but everything was top notch!
Since we are always striving to improve and put our best foot forward, is there anything that you would like us to change for future commissions?
Nothing i could think of! The system worked well for the head, and I look forward to working with Lemonbrat again for the full body suit too.
Would you recommend us to a friend for their fursuit head?
100% yes. The customer service is enough for me to recommend Lemonbrat. Then quality of product is also phenomenal. But the experience is worth every penny.
Do you have anything else you’d like to mention?
I just want say thank you to the entire team who worked hard to make Dawn come to life. I will 100% be back again when I can. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Communication was good! took a tad longer to get it started than I expected but that's wholly my fault since I didn't really know what I wanted.

They fit great and were just as soft as I wanted.

I absolutely do, bonus points since they got them done in about a month since I needed them on a sort of short notice.

Not really much that could be changed, It was a good experience through and through, maybe more progress pictures as they got made.

I know at least some of you already saw on Twitter, but I received everything Sunday afternoon and I am absolutely in love with it! It's so much more incredible in person than in photos. It fits perfectly! It's super comfy! Everything is SO GOOD!!!! It's hard for me to express how much this all means to me without getting sappy and weird. What started as a premade partial that caught my eye at MFF just over a year ago has turned into a character and suit that is extremely near and dear to my heart. You've made literal dreams come true and I cannot thank you enough for that.
