Hello! Everything is amazing! 

I love the fleece material used for the hoodie. It's super soft and comfortable, along with the claw paws. I didn't expect the tail to be long, but I'm not complaining, it's perfect! And his face is too adorable!

The mask is extremely comfortable and better than the standard ones I used to wear. I love the little strings and stitched mark on the mask, giving it a nice and unique flare to it. And the ear saver is well, a lifesaver!

I'm definitely going to order some more commissions in the future of my other fursonas, along with the other horror OCs I have. 

Thank you guys once again for not only giving Sam more life, but now bringing Stitchin' to life!

How was the communication throughout the process?

     I enjoyed how frequent the updates were in the commissioning process. I've had commissions that "go dark" on me before, but I never felt this way with LemonBrat.

How does your kigurumi fit and feel?

     It ended up being a perfect fit. Not too snug or too small.

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

     Yes! Even the small details on the tongue and paws were detailed on the Kigu.

     Keep the communication exactly the way it is! :) Every step is detailed and approved by the commissioner.

I thought you all were great about communication at each step. You responded to questions well and gave the right amount of detail at each stage.

How does your kigurumi fit and feel?

My kigu fits great! And the quality is the best I've seen yet for a kigu. It feels wonderful and is clearly well constructed.

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

Yes, you did a great job working with me to get the colors just right. I really appreciated you going through that process with me.

I can't think of anything major off the top of my head. Maybe I just missed something in the description, but I was surprised I didn't need to send any other measurement info over. I just figured that would be needed at some point, haha.

How was the communication throughout the process?

I would say that I'm pretty happy with the amount of communication! While I do get anxious after a few weeks, I think the level of back and forth communication with the team was perfectly reasonable!

How does your kigurumi fit and feel?

My hoodie fits pretty snugly on my body, despite my worry that I might gain weight between taking measurements and receiving the finished project! It's not tight at all, nor is it too loose!

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

Absolutely! Any corrections that were needed were ironed out in the early stages, and the team was wonderfully understanding of my tiny nit picks! The final product reflects the details I wanted beautifully.

Since we are always striving to improve and put our best foot forward, is there anything that you would like us to change for future commissions?

This is a shot in the dark, but what if you did zoom meetings for fabric and color matching? I understand that's probably a stretch, but it's an idea.

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom kigurumi?

Yes, and in fact I already have!

Leika Kigurumi

Hi Roman, Thanks for checking in!

I adore the kigurumi so much! Really love the additional goodies in the box, especially the handwritten card from y'all :)

As for the kigurumi, y'all really nailed Leika's details such as her stripes and several tiny spots. It fits really well and I love the slight bagginess I get with it being a kigurumi! Been wearing it every chance I can get especially when it rains and gets cold here in hot Singapore :)

The fleece feels so nice and the fur accents look great in person! Really love the detail on the face embroidery and how cute it looks! I love how plush and huggable the back fin and tail are :) Also, I like the addition of belt loops on the tail inside the kigurumi so that I can prop the tail up if I want by wearing a belt. Definitely no concerns over the quality and workmanship of the kigurumi :)

Thanks for reminding me that I can reach out to y'all anytime! Really appreciate the care and service y'all provide to your customers! I hope to commission Lemonbrat again sometime soon in the future, possibly for a fursuit :)

Sparkle Kigurumi

Hi! It's been six months since I commissioned and recieved my Sparkle kigu from you, and wanted to give you some feedback now that it's been exposed to regular wear. I've washed my kigu several times now (in the washing machine with cold water on a delicate cycle) and it's still just like new, nothing has faded or come loose, and the fur is still soft and fluffy! It doesn't take long to air dry, and my normal detergent seems to work well which is nice and conveniant. I predict that with proper care, your work can last for years of use, which is awesome! The overall quality even after regular wear (I wear my kigu all the time, it's so cozy) is astounding, especially for the price which I still think was very reasonable, considering all the extra bits I wanted. Thank you again for bringing my character to life! 

Raccoon Onesie Resizing

The Lemonbrat team is absolutely amazing! They were more than happy to make some adjustments to a pajama I had ordered a year ago prior. I wanted the sleeves to be elongated and they did just that! The adjustment was done quickly and it had made it there and back within a month. Super happy overall:)

Jotun Kigurumi

He's utterly awesome. :) The removeable hood is my new favorite part for your kigus— so much easier to just lounge around or work in dealers with it taken off and not in the way. :P

Feet are great, hands are comfortable— 15/10. :)

Really really comfy and oversized like I like it.

Big time. Even added a cool airbrushing effect that the original artist for Kieran implemented. Markings are spot on as well!

A free lemon with every purchase! Honestly though, I’ve always liked the look of acrylic eyes and the toony/realism blend. Would be cool to see the Lemonbrat team experiment with a toony realism style!

Already have! The people that I have shown it to have fallen in love with it. The softness of the fabric adds to the appeal!

Heya! =) Just want to tell you that it's all fine! I've attached some proofing pictures. ;)It fits quite well and I've washed it the first time. Took a bit a time to get it dry but that's fine. How was the communication throughout the process?

Fantastic! The Lemonbrat Studios staff were always very responsive to my inquiries, no more than a few hours before they got back to me.

How does your kigurumi fit and feel?

The Kigus feel amazing! The material is warm and super soft. The hoods can be a little heavy though when down.

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

Many artists miss the small details like Roh's muzzle spots, Lemonbrat Studio got nearly all the markings exactly right and the few mistakes they made were easily caught in their WIP images and quickly resolved before needle touched fabric.

Since we are always striving to improve and put our best foot forward, is there anything that you would like us to change for future commissions?

Some small details were filled in with iron on applique, in my experience, those can easily come detached. (Note from Roman: We're in the process of ordering and learning on an embroidery machine! Emroidered faces coming soon...:) )

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom kigurumi?

Certainly! Lemonbrat Studio was a ease to work with and the end product was top notch.

Kaiala kigurumi

How was the communication throughout the process?

The communication throughout the entire process was great! I spoke with Roman from Lemonbrat for the entirety of the process and their responses to emails were very quick. If I sent an email it would most likely be answered on the day I sent it or on the very next day and that communication was amazing because it kept me updated on anything I needed to know/updated me with any updates on my Kigurumi. Any gaps in between emails were due to every question being cleared up so there was no unnecessary communication during the process. There were also frequent updates on the progress of the Kigurumi and I received about 3-4 different email chains that had progress pictures and updates regarding it.

How does your kigurumi fit and feel?

This is probably the softest and most comfortable thing I’ve owned. When I unboxed it a friend of mine told me that from the outside it looked like it was fit perfectly for my size, and I have to agree with my friend there. This Kigurumi is perfect in size and the comfort of it is unmatched.

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

Every detail on the quote page and all the details I requested were shown on the finished Kigu. The detail on the Kigurumi is amazing and I have no complaints about the detail and construction of the Kigurumi.

Since we are always striving to improve and put our best foot forward, is there anything that you would like us to change for future commissions?

I couldn’t think of anything to change with future commissions with Lemonbrat. My experience was very smooth and very pleasant. The only possible thing I could think of was a Trello for updates regarding commissions but when I spoke to Roman they said that they were working on a Trello for future commissions so my only possible critique is being addressed.

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom kigurumi?

Absolutely, I have already told one or two of my friends who are interested in commissioning a Kigurumi to have Lemonbrat be one of their options.

Nothing critique related but I would just like to give a big thank you to the entire team at Lemonbrat for the work on my Kigurumi and I hope I can commission them sometime in the future.

Yes! I was super impressed with the kigu ref that was provided. It basically matched my character's ref sheet to a tee!

Small thing, but maybe provide kigu sizes on the actual custom commission quote form or somewhere on the custom order process page. I had to hunt a little to find it on the FAQ!

Very smooth and easy! Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and explained thoroughly

He fits super well! He’s the typical amount of baggy for a kigu but not too baggy. The inside is also super soft and warm.

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

Yes! The piercings I requested look super cute and even the patterning of the bandages was correct.

I can’t really add much here... the only thing I know of is that maybe some people would prefer an embroidered face on their kigu, but personally I’m fine with how they are! Super warm, soft and comfortable, form fitting but not too tight. Hood is slightly bit heavy (probably because there's a wire in it and all) but that doesn't really bother me too much

Hmm, it personally wasn't a bother for me as it wasn't too different, and this may be due to covid, but perhaps update the estimated time it takes to complete a pyjama/Kigu, as it took a little longer than what the site said. (Note from Roman: This was actually changed right before they had ordered, but it wasn't noticed upon ordering.)

Hi there! The pajamas have been incredible!! An absolutely perfect purchase, and you and your team did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything fits well and it is very snug with a little bit of slack. All the details are also spot-on to my character which I cannot be happier about; this is my first type of "physical" fursona commission too so I am elated to get to wear it and be my animal-self. If there was one change I could make if I purchased another one, it would be to have an additional button lower on the front. Not a complaint though, just something I thought to comment on.
