Do you make everything in your shop?
Yes! Almost everything we make on our entire site is hand-made by us!
The only items we don't make are our Lemonbrat Brand T-shirts & bags.
Why do some things ship faster than others?
Some items are already made and ready to ship, while others are made upon ordering. Each listing states the turn-around-time for that item - so keep an eye out!
Accessories: (mask, collars, etc) - Ships in 2-6 business days
Premade Partial Fursuits - Ship in 2-6 business days - provided you have followed procedures for extra order verifications.
Lemonbrat Branded Merchandise: Currently only open for purchase at limited time, with specified ship dates set at launch.
Fursuitables: Currently only open for purchase at limited time, with specified ship dates set at launch.
What is the extra purchase verification for Premades?
Due to the high value of Premades, for extra security measures we require a second round of verification for your purchase in the form of a Zoom call before we ship Premades.
This is to ensure you are the card-holder, and are 18+ years of age to purchase a fursuit from us.
Do you accept payment plans for Premades?
No, not typically.
If we have had it in stock for a very long time we may offer it up as available for a payment plan. That offer will be made to our Newletter members - so you best sign up if you want to be in the know. 😸
Can I get a customized version of something you carry in your shop?
No, unless we offer it as an item in the Commission section of our page.
How do I know the item will fit me?
Each listing contains a size chart, or the demensions of the item.
PLEASE compare your measurements to the provided size chart to check if the fit will be suitable for you BEFORE purchasing.
What is your return/Exchange policy for Shop items?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Do you make copies of fursuits you have made before?
Absolutely not! Each fursuit is one-of-a-kind.
Each commission is specific to that customer. And each Premade is it's own unique character & design.
Are you willing to edit or build off of someone else's fursuit part(s)?
No, we do not work with other people's parts. Like, building off other fursuit head bases and such.
Nor do we do edits on other people's work.
Can you make a suit in the style of . . . ?
No! We like to do suits in our own style, and we don't want to copy anyone else.
If you like the style of another maker, then we recommend trying to commission them instead. :) There are plenty of awesome makers out there.
Can you make X species?
Probably! Just ask! Here's what we can say:
Primagens & Protogens - No, we currently do not offer hard-piece head parts that these designs call for.
Characters from games/anime/etc - We can make you your OWN fursona/OC of a species within an existing media. It has to have some unique features that make it personal to you, and it must be interpreted into our style of Fursuit/Cozywear.
We cannot make straight-up copies of characters from existing media.

Why are your Commissions so expensive?
Every custom is designed, patterned, and crafted specifically to the individual ordering the Commission.
That takes time, money, and experience for skilled artists and tradespeople to create work that is one-of-a-kind.
There ARE good fursuit makers out there that charge less than we do. If we are beyond your budget. Just know that sometimes a VERY cheap price is too good to be true.

Do you make plushies?
No, we do not.
Do you make custom masks/backpacks/dice animals?
These are all items we used to offer custom versions of. But we no longer offer them.
Can I become an employee?
We are not currently looking for more employees.
Are you willing to negotiate your prices?
No. All our items are hand-made by skilled artists in the USA. It is our goal to offer a good wage and benefits for the services our co-workers provide. We hope you feel the same.
