How was the communication throughout the process?

The communication was very clear and response time was prompt. The longest time for a response was about three days but I kept up with their social media and it was understandable considering they were busy at a convention with their booth and it was on a weekend.

How does your fursuit fit and feel?

Completely comfortable. Snug without being tight. This is a suit designed as an EXACT fit for your individual body by means of a Duct Tape Dummy. I waited till I could afford a professional fursuit mostly because I have a fear of being claustrophobic. Having tried on some individual handmade fursuit heads I knew I needed to make the effort and save up for the higher quality, for my safety and comfort.

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

A fursuit is like a snowflake, there are no two exactly the same. This is where the communication mattered the most and it was handled very well throughout the process. I knew what I was looking for in a fursuit but the process of actually making one was pretty foreign. Every step along the way and before every decision there was an email asking if it was what I wanted. At one point I was afraid of saying something cause it might be too big of a change or I thought it was at a point in the process to drastic to change. Pretty much something I had to overcome and find the strength to step up and ask since I had to live with the decision of not asking and living with a fursuit having regrets. I was glad I did and they completely understood.

Since we are always striving to improve and put our best foot forward, is there anything that you would like us to change for future commissions?

Change? Goodness no, LOL! At least in my personal experience. I have run across some other bigger name fursuit makers and felt like they were too good to deal with me like they had a reputation to uphold. It feels that isn’t something that would happen to Lemonbrat. I had about 30 other rejections till they said yes and I have never heard of them being to busy to turn down a commission yet.

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom fursuit?

I have and will continue to do so!

Do you have anything else you’d like to mention?

All I can say is it was one of the best experiences I have ever had ordering something this important to me and knowing it is time consuming, on both parties involved. It worked out so much better that I could ever imagine and I know that it is not going to be perfect or without difficulty in everybody’s individual experiences when actually going through the process. I took the time and I knew what the process involved and it is not something to be rushed into and it was going to require patience. Please read all the information on their site so not to be too discouraged about the commission process and know what to expect and how much something is that you want really costs, and they have advice on ways to help on costs.

- The communication was stellar, I would always get a response within 12 to 24 hours with the most enthusiasm.

- My fursuit fits and feels amazing, very comfortable!

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

- Every detail I gave was done to a tee, and it makes me super happy!

Since we are always striving to improve and put our best foot forward, is there anything that you would like us to change for future commissions?

- I personally cannot find anything I would like the crew to change, everyone in the LB Team I interacted with was very pleasant and total sweethearts.

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom fursuit?

- My wife has been with me through the whole process and they intend to commission the team in a later date for their very own Wild Dog partial.

- I absolutely love the Lemon Brat team and I can't thank Roman and Alex enough for how helpful and friendly they've been, I'm so happy to be a part of the Brat Pack and look forward to seeing everyone in the coming years 

How was the communication throughout the process?

Absolutely fantastic. I was kept in The loop every step of the way. So much better than my first commission from a different maker. Will definitely work with this studio again.

How does your fursuit fit and feel?

It fits like a glove and is so comfortable I don't worry about bursting a seam just moving. I have a full range of movement in the suit.

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

More than I expected I thought for sure they would have to tell me there were parts they couldn't do. However no they did everything and the painstaking detail is awsome

Honestly there's nothing I would change. This studio is quite well run in my opinion.

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom fursuit?

Have and will continue to. Can't stress enough how wonderfull this commission progressed from start to finish

Do you have anything else you’d like to mention?

If your looking for a studio to bring your character to life this is a fantastic choice. I really can't speak highly enough about the whole team. Everyone there does such a great job and it shows in the final product. I was so giddy when I saw the awsome boxes from Lemonbrat Studios when they arrived.

Here is my first ever review thread for my @lemonbrat partial of Fizz! This by far is probably one of my favourite suits of her. Let’s begin the review:

Head: 10/10. Decently light! Very comfortable and vision and ventilation are an easy 10/10. Zipper is great! The neck fur ruff is also very comfortable. Teeth are cute, eyes are bright! Craftsmanship is fantastic! Symmetry is 9/10! Eyelids are removable by Velcro!

Inside of head is by far some of the cleanest I’ve seen! 10/10! All the details outside too are perfect and well sewn. Shaving is top notch. 10/10.

Paws: 10/10. Huge swatters, very comfortable and well made! These are some THICC paws! Little purple claws are also adorable. Paw pads are squishy and well stuffed. Nice elastic band around the glove edge.

Arm sleeves: 9/10. A bit snug, but they look great! Well sewn and very soft!!

Tail: 10/10. Very nice work!! Secure and sturdy! Fairly light too for the size. Extremely well made. Curl is fantastic.

COMMUNICATION: 100/10!!! I was involved in every step of the way! Communication with Lemonbrat was A+ and so smooth. I was given tons of choices and updated constantly! Their customer service is wonderful and I’m so happy with their product. They have grown so much!!! Thank you!!

How was the communication throughout the process?

- The communication was excellent, the responses to any question were prompt (about 30min - 2 days Max). - If I ever needed some time to think over a change that I wanted, they accommodated that. - Many of the confusing parts of commissioning were made easy by videos that they sent over explaining how each part worked (ex: the choices of fursuit zipper).

 It fits excellently.

Yes, each step they asked for approval before moving forward so, when I had changes that I wanted made. It was part of the process.

The queue [turnaround time] was a bit long, however that was communicated beforehand and they met the deadline of (July 2021) ahead of schedule (May 2021)

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom fursuit?

 Yes

Purrfect! Roman is a very nice person to me and I was always happy to receive some Emails to have more informations about my project. :3

Always perfect, the head, the body, the feet. And that tail who can wag intensely

Like I said before, the communication is perfect, so the dream team always answered and listened what I had to say and all I want for my fursuit.

For the fan cable see about a right angle usb because wearing my collar I find it sometimes stick into my neck with a bit of wiggling about so I can get it into a spot that's comfortable.

= I love everything about my suit and if I was to give any feedback it would be that the snap fasteners for the feet do sometimes pop out so the feet don’t always stay attached to the legs but I managed to fix this issues.

= With out a doubt I would definitely recommend Lemonbrat to any of my friends for their custom orders.

My suit arrived today, and I just wanted to say thank you again! I have wanted a suit for years and I still can't believe I have one now! And he's perfect, absolutely adorable! Can't wait till things get back to normal(ish) and I can show him off at meets and cons. Till then, I'm definitely gonna be wearing him around the house and taking a ton of pics.

And thank you for the messages and lil drawings of my mutt, and for the brush and Lemonbrat swag lol. Honestly, seeing him come together these past few months has really helped with the stress with the pandemic. You all do beautiful work and you've made this pupper very happy! Also, seeing me suit up made my bf start talking about getting a suit lol. So who knows, maybe you'll be making this shaggy guy a friend in the future X3

You’re very welcome, I’m glad I chose Lemonbrat to bring Darby to life! Working with you guys has been wonderful, and I hope to work with you again sometime in the future! The selection of custom apparel makes it hard to resist, and I know you’ll all do a great job.

As for updates, Darby arrived a few days ago on Saturday! I have a few pictures I excitedly took when I first unboxed her, though I hope to have better quality photos soon! Every part of the suit fits perfectly so far, not too tight or loose, perfectly snug! I couldn’t be happier with how she turned out.

Hey hey! I'll be getting my own fursuit pics taken tomorrow (yes I'll tag yall so yall can see them lol) but I just wanted to say that I did my fursuit unboxing stream today! And...Like throughout my stream I was laughing and all that but I was speechless when I finally unboxed Alan. Like I didnt cry on stream just because of how much I had been laughing, but once I ended the stream and I was brushing my suit, that's when I started crying. This is a FANTASTIC suit. It's soooo well made and I love it to death. A little bit tight (didnt realize I shouldve had my duct tape dummy....not as tight as I did) but I'm not gonna be doing anything like excessive bending over or anything that will test it's limit, so I'm not worried about that.

I've been told that Alan is a very adorable sona, and this suit DEFINATELY brings that adorable, nerdy goat to life. I even have a friend who isnt into the furry fandom who saw this suit and recognized how much love, care, and effort was put into it. All of my chat members were talking about how great the suit looks. This is a PERFECT suit. And I can't wait to bring this to conventions one day. Thank you all so much! I absolutely LOVE this fursuit and I definately made the right choice letting my first fursuit be in yall's hands. Love yall soooo much!

Unfortunately, NE Ohio has been one of the biggest covid hotspots in the country this winter, so school is really on lockdown. We have paused most athletic games, etc.

But Larry did greet the kids on the first day of school. This Friday we are actually stepping away from the classroom and having a snow play party for all grades in the afternoon. We have grand plans of sending Larry down our campuses big hill on a sled!

The head fits great! I love the Velcro strap in the back that helps aid in a perfect fit as well as the zipper so it doesn’t just slide on. I still can’t put into words how amazing it turned out. It was worth every penney. I will definitely be reaching out for a body suit whether it be a Kigurimi or a full fur suit, I haven’t decided yet, (but I need to lose some weight first haha) but I will definitely have you do it since you did my head SO well. Again, I can’t thank you enough. Thank you for keeping in touch. As soon as the world is somewhat safe again and the Ohio and Pennsylvania furry conventions can be had, I hope to see Team Lemonbrat there!
