We have different policies for our Shop items versus our Commission work.

Items can have different shipping times based on if they are Ready-to-Ship or Made-to-Order.
It's will be clearly marked as to which they are, and the shipping time frame within each listing!
These items ship within 3-6 business days of you placing the order.

All packages ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S. and 5–12 business days internationally.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays. These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
For security reasons, due to the value of premades, we require a second round of verification for your purchase in the form of a Zoom call before we ship premades.
This is to ensure you are the card-holder, and are 18+ years of age to purchase a fursuit from us.
Shipping does not happen until this extra vertification has occured.
Items that are Made-to-Order are only created once you place the order. That means it takes some time for us to create them! This is a few weeks or months - depending on the item.
Each listing for Made-to-Order items clearly states the turn-around-time within the listing so you know how long it will take to ship.

We do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges or adjustments on anything found to be defective. Please contact us (lemonbrat@gmail.com) within 10 days of receiving an item to qualify for an exchange.
We are not responsible for any accidental purchases. Please double check that you have selected the correct style/size in our drop down menus to be sure you receive the items you wanted!
We offer exchanges of items for anything else in the store up to the value of the old items. Please contact us (lemonbrat@gmail.com) within 10 days of receiving an item to qualify for an exchange. You are responsible for shipping both ways.Items must be returned to us in a completely unused condition.
We cannot ship out new items until old items are received and verified to be in an unused condition.
Due to the customizable items we sell, all sized clothing exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please check our size charts in detail before ordering.
We do not offer exchanges on Made-to-Order items. This is because the item has been made specifically for you.
You request a quote of a Fursuit or Cozywear that you are interested in purchasing. We respond with a Rough Estimate. After negotiating details back and forth we take this list of exactly what you want to provide a Formal Quote with an itemized list of what you are purchasing and your details.
Shipping is not calculated at this time - you will receive a separate invoice for shipping once your order is complete and ready to ship.
You may pay in a Payment Plan (more info on this later) or Pay in Full. We do not start your commission AT ALL until we have full payment for the costume.
We require you to send us needed measurements, and a DTD (if needed for your order) within 2 month of purchase. Otherwise it can push back the ship date of your order because we will hit a point where we cannot work further on the commission without that.
We work on your commission over a few months, in stages. At each stage of production we send you Work in Progress photos to get your approval on details, in order to make sure we are making it to your preference. This feedback and information exchange between us is important!
When we complete the costume we send you Final pictures of the finished Commission, often on a model. If you approve then we ship the order! If edits are needed we supply a second round of Final pictures.
You will receive an email after you have paid asking for a specific set of measurements with a chart on how to take them.
If you have purchased a Fullsuit, Pants, or Fursuit torso you will be asked to send in a DTD. This is a "Duct Tape Dummy" you will have to make so we have a mannequin, of sorts, of your body to build off of.
We will send you instructions on how to make this. Please follow the directions as closely as possible! If you send a DTD that is faulty in some way then we may need to ask you to remake it.
The sooner you send measurements and/or DTD the better!

We prefer payment through Paypal. However if you have another preference, we may be able to work with you. Please discuss with us during the negotiation process.
We prefer payments in full - but can also accept Payment Plans.
Payment Plans require you to be able to put down 1/3rd of the total cost of your commission up front. After that, you can make monthly installments until it's paid off. We ask for a minimum of at least $300 a month.
We do not add you to the queue until 100% of payment AND measurements have been received. This means we do not work on your order until we have final payment.
If you need to postpone payments we can work with you. Please email us directly to give us a heads up before payments elapse to discuss your options. Options can include pausing production until you can start paying again, a partial refund (see refund policy) or reducing the list of components you want to purchase so your total is lower.
If you are on a Payment Plan with no payment or response for more than 3 months - We may need to reevaluate your commissions price due to increased supply and labor costs.
If you are on a Payment Plan with no payment or response for more than 12 months (1 year) - We will consider your commission as abandoned. You have forfeited all payments made.

SHIPPING IS CHARGED UPON COMPLETION OF COMMISSIONS. This is NOT calculated in the quote.
We work from your reference images and detailed invoice to create your commission. We send WIPs (Work in Progress photos) to you along the creation of your Commission to get your approval and feedback.
If you see something, say something! Creating a custom piece of art based on something from someone else’s imagination is bound to require some back-and-forth. We ask for your approval so we make sure we are on the right track, and you are getting what you want.
We are happy to accommodate, within reason though.
If you want changes that go against previously discussed details or previously confirmed WIPs, then we might need to charge extra for those changes to happen. This is because we have made progress on the item(s) to your previously stated specification, and an adjustment against those statements creates more work.
We will let you decide if you want to pay for the adjustment, or if we should proceed as-is.
Of course, if we make a mistake that needs correcting it’s our duty to do so.
Yes, you can always add to an order. If it's small it's not likely to change the turn-around-time. If it's moderate to large it may elongate the completion time if you want everything shipped together.
If you want your first order before the second we can do that, but you will have to pay shipping for both orders.
Please be sure you want the commission and it is within your budget before purchase!
Please email us directly if you have any reason to seek a refund. We would like the opportunity to work with you to ensure you are getting what you want.
If you decide to get a refund, we automatically keep at least 25% of the full commission amount as a fee for supplies and communication. That rate increases as we get farther into your construction process.
We will determine how much is due for refund based on the amount of work we have completed.
Once a Commission has been completed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Please be aware that there is a limited color palette available for fabrics (fur, fleece, minky cuddle, faux leather) compared to the limitless possibilities that can be depicted in reference art.
We try our best to match colors as best we can, but there will be some times when there is not a color close to a color in your reference. We will provide you with the closest color samples we have access to for you to choose from.We cannot guarantee fabric matches to previously purchased items. Not for items from another buyer, and not for items you got from us at a previous time. We try to match as close as possible, but sometimes fabrics are discontinued, and sometimes colors obtained from the same manufacturer can vary between dye batches.
We can only make you a commission based on a character, fursona, OC that you own. Meaning that you cannot buy a dupe of someone else's design, fursuit, or an AI created character.
We no longer offer the purchase of Fur Holds. But for anyone who still has an older Fur Hold with us:
Fur Hold purchases are stored for up to 2 years maximum. If we do not hear from you specifically regarding your fur hold after 2 years, we will reach out to you to request an update for how you would like to proceed.
These options are as follows:
1) We can discuss your fursuit upgrades, and either have you pay for the upgrades in fullORset you up with a payment plan to finish your partial into a full or 3/4ths fursuit. (IE: The most common option is typically commissioning your bodysuit and foot paws, or a pair of fursuit pants and foot paws, etc.) We are more than happy to discuss your specific commission in greater detail, since every commission and situation is different.
2) You can pay for shipping to have us send you the furs.
3) We can discuss further payment to extend the fur hold.If we do not hear back from you within 1 month of reaching out to you, it will be assumed that you have forfeited the hold, and the furs will be put back into circulation without refund.
Buyer understands that fursuits are bulky, claustrophobic, hot, and have less visibility than normal eye sight. We are not responsible for any injury you may incur while in suit. Including, but not limited to: fatigue, overheating, heat stroke, falls, dizziness, panic due to claustrophobia.
Please take care of yourself in suit! Take breaks, drink water, and have a friend be your handler in unfamiliar territory.
Kigurumi, Pajamas, and Hoodies (Cozywear) can be made to be comfortable wear, minimizing cumbersome parts for ease of wear. OR you can opt to have them made big, epic, costumie. In which case some of the same concerns that apply to fursuits apply to Cozywear.
Buyer must provide accurate Ref Sheet, Duct Tape Dummy (if applicable), shoe size, and measurements. We rely on these to make your commission accurately.
We do not begin patterning orders until the customer has paid in full and we have received their measurements and DTD (if you got a bodysuit).
Our turnaround time is approximately 1 year from the date of full payment AND receipt of the commissioner's measurements (and DTD, if relevant).
This can vary if a design is particularly complex, or if there are highly unique components, features, padding, etc.

We insure packages for the full value of your commission and require signature confirmation for your safety. Upon shipment, you will be sent an automated confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please check your email (and spam folder - just in case!) for your notification.
Once you've approved your commission, we will invoice you for the shipping cost. Once paid, your package will arrive via FedEx Ground Shipping (or FedEx International Economy if applicable), unless discussed otherwise.
The average shipping time is 3-5 business days within the US, and 7-12 days internationally.
Please be aware that International orders (those outside of the United States) may be subject to Customs charges and holds that are entirely out of our control. These are country-specific taxes that many countries charge when goods are imported. We did not charge you for these taxes, and are therefore not responsible for paying them.
If your commission arrives with any fitment issues or is defective in any way, please contact us (lemonbrat@gmail.com) right away to arrange an edit. If we are in error, we are responsible for shipping both ways.
Your commissin has a 3 month warranty from the date of arrival to you, the buyer. This covers repairs of rips, popped seams, sizing adjustments, and adhesion failure. Please contact us to arrange a fix.
While under warranty, buyer pays shipping to seller, and seller pays shipping back to buyer. Buyer is responsible for ensuring the suit is returned to us in a clean condition.
Warranty does not cover damage incurred from misuse or rough-housing in fursuit. It does not cover sizing issues due to buyer providing incorrect measurements. Making adjustments to the fursuit yourself can void the warranty.
Please expect your commission to go through normal wear and tear. The bottom of feet wear down, airbrushing fades over washes, texture damage to clothing fibers in areas of heavy friction (ex: in armpits) etc.
If you take proper care of your commission it can last for years. There are times where your commission may need touch-ups or small fixes. You may find it useful to pick up some simple hand sewing skills or hot glue, of every needed for small repairs.
We offer repairs (post warranty window) on a case-by-case basis. As time permits in our schedule. To be perfectly transparent - we are more likely to accept a repair project if it comes along with the purchase of other upgrades or additional items.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. Buyer will be issued a refund in that case. We reserve the right to adjust our Terms of Service agreement at any time.
