How to Pay

When paying with paypal you will be taken automatically to paypal’s site to pay for your items upon checking out.

Check, Money Order, Cash
When paying with these options please check out via the shopping cart like normal. You will then be sent a confirmation email which will detail where to send payment. We recommend sending check or money order. Send cash at your own risk.

Turn around Time

STOCK ITEMS, COLOR SWAPS, and VARIANTS have a processing time of 2-6 business days. Shipping is printed and package is shipped once the order has been processed.

CUSTOMS have a processing time of 6-12 business days. Shipping is printed and package is shipped once the order has been processed.

You will be sent an automated confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please check your email (and spam folder just in case!) for your automated notification.

Packages up to 13oz have the opportunity to select between First Class or Priority Mail shipping. Packages over 13oz automatically ship Priority Mail.

First Class mail usually arrives in 2-5 days when shipping in the United States, and 4-10 days when shipping outside of the United States. There is no guaranteed arrival time for First Class Packages. It is recommended that customers who need items in a timely manner choose Priority Mail just in case as we can provide no compensation for delayed deliveries. We do not consider First Class mail to be lost in the mail unless it has not arrived a month after shipment.

Priority Mail takes 2-4 days to arrive when shipping in the United States, and 3-9 days when shipping outside of the United States. It is guaranteed to arrive within the stated times (i.e.: 2-4 days within the USA) once it has shipping. This guaranteed stated arrival time does not include the processing times stated above.

Return/Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges or adjustments on anything found to be defective. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving an item to qualify for an exchange.

We are not responsible for any accidental purchases. Please double check that you have selected the correct items in our drop down menus to be sure that you receive the items you wanted!

We also offer exchanges (within 10 days of receiving an item ONLY) for items or anything else in the store up to the value of the old items. You are responsible for shipping both ways. Items must be returned in a completely unused condition. We cannot ship out new items until old items are received and verified to be in an unused condition. You MUST email us ahead of time to set up an exchange like this.

Due to the customizable items we sell, ALL size exchanges are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. PLEASE check your sizes ahead of purchase with our handy size charts to make sure you are getting the correct size. We offer these charts to you for your benefit, our garments are built to these charts so you can have an idea of the fit prior to receiving your items! We will not be held responsible for an incorrectly sized purchase.
