Our Covid19 Response - we're hanging in there, getting orders out while social distancing! :)
We wanted to reach out in regards to our current situation amidst the COVID-19 outbreak. As of March 21st the state of Illinois is on a “Stay-at-home” order, meaning non-essential business are to be closed/ work from home. This had been extended, and set to last till at least May 30th.
We have been preparing for this possibility, and have been taking measures to keep our work flow as consistent as possible. We are coordinating as a team to work from home in order to practice good social distancing. But please be aware that this may delay your projected deadline by a couple of days/weeks. Most commissions will likely be on time, but we want to let you know of the possibility of these mild delays just in case. :)
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. We want to do everything we can to keep you comfortable in this situation, but unfortunately we don’t have any say over the shut down. It's mandated by the city government. That being said, we will still be communicating with all of our commissioners through email/social media as normal, and are doing what we can to keep trucking along. :D
Thank you for your understanding, and for working with us. We hope that you stay safe and healthy during these times.
