How was the communication throughout the process?
The communication has been great, I felt satisfied throughout the process.
How does your mask fit and feel?
my mask fits snug over my nose and face. I like the feel, although I wonder if thereâs a way to make the straps more comfortable when wearing them for most of the day. (Note from Roman: This was an early mask commission prior to us sending ear savers with all mask commissions. Those help lots and we sent one to Mimu! :) )
Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that youâve requested?
Yes, I think you did good! The whiskers came out a bit thick in hindsight but Iâm sure an adjustment in the future will fix that.
Since we are always striving to improve and put our best foot forward, is there anything that you would like us to change for future commissions?
I honestly do not know how I could ask for better. My experience with this maker has been satisfactory.
Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom mask?
Iâm already recommending your masks to my friends and customers. Itâs a cut above most others!

10/10 will commission again.

blue hawk color swap and Maiara custom masks
Thanks for reaching out! I love my mask! I get compliments on it all the time and it makes people smile when they see it. It fits comfortably and snugly, especially with the ear-saver strap that was included, which I appreciate. Overall I've been very pleased with it!
I also thought you'd like to know that I gave my wife her new Maiara (the horse) masks, and she literally squealed with delight when she saw them, so she's pretty happy with hers as well!

Oltamazo masks
Hello!
The fitting has been and stayed pretty much perfect. The straps are not worn at all, and the outer material still looks and feels pretty much like the day I got them. I'm wearing them essentially non-stop and I genuinely love them.

Silver and Recolor Heart MD Masks

I absolutely love my masks! I wore Silver for Halloween to school and got a lot of compliments, some people said it look so real, like my mouth was actually an iguana mouth. I love the heart masks as well. They are very comfortable to wear, and they look so good! Thank you so much for making them, I really appreciate it!

Hey,
Masks are going well. Fit is good even for my seriously large head. I've had plenty of looks and questions about them which is always fun.
Initially thought they wouldn't get much use as our restrictions were easing, but a few extra cases turned that around and they've seen plenty of use now.
Overall very happy with them.

Krampus Bandana
I received my mask (bandana) yesterday and wore it to work today. I want to share my experience. I am very impressed with the mask. It fixed a major several problems I had with the original mask (standard face mask). I can now breath better and no longer fog up my glasses. I had several positive comments. I recommend every furry purchase a bandanna mask. It is definitely worth it. Thank you so much.

Sorry for the late reply! They are all doing great. My sister loves her two PokĂ©mon masks. Then my four been working great! The tentacle designed can be little hard manoeuvre, just because itâs bulky but I was expecting it to be like that and donât mind it. Itâs super fun to wear! I wore it out recently and itâs gnarly. I actually just ordered some more pre-made masks from yâall too. Out of all the masks Iâve worn, your masks are the most comfortable and work best long term with my asthma and allergies! Long story short, two happy customers, one wonderful company.
