Hello! So sorry for the late response. I absolutely love Caden so much. The paws fit perfectly and so does the head! Not to mention the amazing ventilation that she has. The only issue and it really isn’t one is that when using the zipper some of the fur gets caught in it but it’s understandable seeing it’s a fursuit. I have to say that I’m so incredibly happy that you guys brought her to life. And that card that all of you wrote in honesty made me almost cry it was so sweet. You guys are the absolute best.

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

Yes, you absolutely did! Everything I requested or noted on was acknowledged and implemented.

Since we are always striving to improve and put our best foot forward, is there anything that you would like us to change for future commissions?

Nothing I can think of. Everything had been perfect in my experience!

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom fursuit?

I already have :D Several furries in my communities have asked where I recommend getting a suit/where I got mine, and I always point them to your website.

Do you have anything else you’d like to mention?

I've been in contact with Joe Strike, the author of "Furry Nation". He said he'd like to interview me for another book and if he could use the pictures of my suit I posted. I said I was OK with it as long as people know where I got it.

How was the communication throughout the process?

When I emailed and asked for updates I’d usually get a relatively quick response; I wish there was like a monthly update even if I wasn’t even being started on yet just to ease anxiety about it. Like where I was in queue or something.

How does your fursuit fit and feel?

Absolutely perfect which is amazing considering there wasn’t a DTD to work with (fault of the customer/myself) Very thankful they worked with me on this.

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

Absolutely. To the smallest detail.

Since we are always striving to improve and put our best foot forward, is there anything that you would like us to change for future commissions?

Just consider maybe a monthly queue update? I know this might take awhile but it truly would help ease some peoples minds and make them feel like they weren’t forgot in the mass of orders especially if there is a con or something upcoming. Other than that I feel like everything moved very smoothly and my suit is better than I could’ve ever asked for. 

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom fursuit?

Always and I also will be coming back :)

Do you have anything else you’d like to mention?

I was terrified to put the vision of my suit on a company/commissioner because of how dear she is to me. But she is everything I could’ve imagined and more. She fits like a glove, high quality, and detailed just as I described.

How was the communication throughout the process?

I feel like the communication was mostly great. Everyone was always polite and happy which was fun. There were times when there'd be long periods of no response.

How does your fursuit fit and feel?

The fursuit didn't fit at first but I don't put anyone at fault for that but myself, I may have just gained a little weight. However, Lemonbrat was super willing to make the suit bigger and repair it when it got broken once and I really appreciated that!

Do you feel that we paid attention to all of the details that you’ve requested?

All details were attended to very closely. I have no complaints about their work ethic. Amazing!

Would you recommend us to a friend for their custom fursuit?

I would most definitely recommend Lemonbrat to others for custom fursuit commissions. They are so polite and helpful and pay attention to deadlines too.

Do you have anything else you’d like to mention?

I enjoyed the optimistic, happy personalities of all the people I got to work with via email. This has been a fun time the whole time.

How was the communication throughout the process?

The communication was on point 5/5 stars.I never had a problem with Roman but of course I made it difficult for them,in the beginning I made mistakes and was confused. Roman assured me it was okay and we worked through it.

How does your fursuit fit and feel?

The fursuit was made to fit me perfectly!

The suit was made with the finest details being paid attention too.

It’s my first fursuit commission so I’m unsure,I love mine. You all did a wonderful job!
